C304, Pelican Place is how it all started for BETTER Vacation Rentals at North Coast Village. It is this condo that the founder and her family owns, and how we fell in love with Oceanside and this resort-like complex. In this beach rental you can comfortably sleep 6 in a variety of configurations. There is a comfortable king bed in the master loft, two twins in the guest bedroom downstairs which can also be set up as a king bed, a new queen sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress (a good one), and a pack n play style portable crib. The owner's family knows the value of a good night's sleep and so you will enjoy one-in our high quality linens too!Like the sleeping flexibility, everything about C304 is set up to enhance our vacation rental guests' comfort and enjoyment of their stay while in Oceanside and at the beach. From the crock pot to the plentiful silverware, from big beach towels to free all here.Guide books, lending library, DVD library, high chair, blow importantly, this vacation rental has an ocean view that is amazing from each window and door. Guest rave about the roof top deck with table & chairs, and chaise lounges, and enjoy coffee on the private balcony each morning.This beach rental has designer quality furnishings in a fun beach atmosphere.
