This apartment is located on the bottom floor of a soaring brownstone on 96th and Central Park West. The flat has a beautiful granite kitchen with top of the line appliances. The kitchen is open to the large living room that faces out onto the private garden. There are two lovely full baths and two bright bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king sized bed and a queen bed. The smaller bedroom has a triple bunk bed (i.e. regular bunk bed with trundle bed underneath) which sleeps three. This bedroom has an en suite bath and opens onto the garden. There is also a sofa bed in the living room plus a fold out bed and elevated air mattress available.

The flat is pristine with wood floors throughout and high ceilings. Tall windows let the light from the garden flood in.

There is broadband internet (wired and wireless) in this apartment. For a small fee, we will provide you with a cell phone with unlimited local and long distance calls within the U.S. and Canada.
