Terms and Conditions
For stays of 1-6 nights a 1 night deposit is due at the time of booking. For stays of 7 or more nights a $300.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellation of bookings outside of 14 or more days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee, Bookings cancelled within 14days of the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit. No refunds are offered for early departures. Rates are subject to tax and additional fees.
