This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located down a lovely road and apprx. 500 feet to Cape Cod Bay. There is also restaurants within 4/10ths of a mile. This home is situated in a private neighborhood in beautiful Brewster. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has one twin bed, the second bedroom has two twins and the master bedroom has a brand new queen bed, A/C unit and master bathroom. This home also features a relaxing screened porch area, cable TV, DVD, internet access, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, outdoor enclosed shower and is just steps to a beautiful bay beach.
