Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 4 bedroom, 5 bath vacation rental located in the gated community of Thunderbird Heights. The main house is 3,000 sq ft while a detached guest house is 1,000 sq ft. The two houses, along with a private pool, spa, veranda and grass area, sit on a 1.2 acre lot with incredible mountain views. The well cared for mid century estate is situated against the mountains in Rancho Mirage , and is where glamorous movie stars and presidents have visited. You can imagine Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin practicing their swings on the spacious green lawn while listening to Henry Mancini during a swank pool party.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, two nightstands, six-drawer dresser, desk with chair, TV, DVD player and sliding glass door that opens to the Veranda which overlooks the pool, spa, guest house and mountains. It features a private bathroom with duel vanities and step-down tub with atrium.
Guest bedroom one has a Queen size bed, six-drawer dresser, TV and a slliding glass door that opens to a private covered patio with two chairs and a table. Adjacent the patio is a grassy area. Combined, this area is great for morning coffee or an afternoon snack. This bedroom features a private bathroom with shower.
Guest bedroom two also has a Queen size bed. From this bed, you have a great mountain view. The bedroom also features a six-drawer dresser, TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower that receives natural light from an adjacent atrium.
Guest bedroom three has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, desk, chair and is accessed by a private entrance in the backyard. Its private bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The living room's wall of glass opens to a large covered veranda with two ceiling fans, two tables and eight chairs. This comfortable outdoor sitting area is great for entertaining and is elevated above the pool, spa and guest house. Inside the living room is a grand piano, sectional sofa, TV, DVD player and gas fireplace. The adjacent dining room seats eight and is conveniently located next to the full kitchen.
With granite countertops, tile flooring, ample cabinets, newer appliances, spacious pantry and breakfast seating for four, the kitchen is a great place to entertain your friends. In addition to everything you'll need to cook and serve with, it features platters and serving trays for those larger gatherings.
Across from the main house, this Rancho Mirage vacation rental features a large guest house that is truly a home of its own. This 1,000 sq ft property has a U-shaped Queen-size sleeper sofa nestled around a large gas fireplace. This part of the house also has a large TV and kitchen with refrigerator, stove-top grill, sink and more. Another large room of the guest house has a pool table with vintage pool table light. A full bathroom completes the guest house.
