This property is 2 levels with the ground level offering an open kitchen and dining area into the living area. The kitchen is modern and offers new appliances for your use. Coffee maker, microwave, blender, Stove and oven and refridgerator. There is a dining area that will accommodate up to 6 guests for family meals with 6 at the table and a bar stools at the breakfast bar!
The entry way faces a charming sidewalk and is far enought away from the noise and traffic of the baordwalk. The entry opens to a fences patio just right for the outdoor entertaining and is complete with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. The living area offers calble TV and a sofa sleeper.
On the main entry level there is a master bedroom with a master bath. This room also offers a queen bed. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One offering a queen bed and the other offering 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom shared on the 2nd level that offers a tub and shower!
Washer and dryer inside this property. This property offers tandem parking for 2 midsize SUV type vehicles. If you need measurements to make sure your larger vehicle can be accommodated please call ahead!
Just 50 steps to Beautiful sunsets. It is also jsut a couple of blocks to Mission Beach famous Big Dipper Roller coaster and amusement park. The property is minutes away from Sea Workd and a 10 min drive to the San Diego Zoo. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking!
