Here is a million dollar location with a home that rents for a small fraction of that sum. The view is of Vineyard Haven harbor. There is a two hundred foot private beach with a swim raft. Downtown is less than a mile away. The access road serves four houses.

There are five bedrooms: three with queen size beds and two with pairs of singles; two full and two half baths; living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two porches, outdoor furniture, charcoal grill and a great yard.
