It is about 1/2 block to the beach and is close to shopping, dining and the entertainment district. This unit is a ground floor condo that is beautifully decorated. The condo has a washer/dryer, room for 2 cars, and use of the pool in the fenced back yard. No phoneNo Smoking, No Pets, Spring Breakers Welcome !!
