This remodeled condo is a second floor walk-up and is about 1/2 block to the beach. The 2 bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the condo is newly tiled. Around back is a beautiful pool for your use and there are laundry facilities on site. The garage is not available. This unit will sleep 6 people. NO SMOKING, NO PETSSpring Breakers are Welcome !
