This high quality apartment has great views of sea and mountains. Consisting of the entire ground floor it is next to the pool and has large grassed areas on two sides which capture the sun in early morning and throughout the day, and can be used for relaxing. Located in a small complex of luxury villas, with pool, kids pool, gym; sauna, landscaped gardens and car parking space. The complex has 24 hour security. 120m2 of living space incl terraces. 1 large terrace (next to pool) plus small terraces off each bedroom and kitchen. Apartment and furnishings are brand new.. Sleeps 6 plus addl 2 with use of 2 double sofa beds. Master bedroom is en-suite with WC and bath/shower, & terrace. Large 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also with terraces. All bedroom catch first sunlight. Separate deluxe kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Lounger’s & parasols are provided for use around the pool. Air-conditioning throughout. Clean linen and bathroom towels provided

Only 250 metres from beach exclusive for use by renters of the complex, with bar and facilities. 3 mins walk to good selection of bars and high quality restaurants etc. 500m to centre of traditional fishing village which charmingly manages to combine centuries old crafts with modern facilities for the traveller. A large supermarket plus many other shops and markets provide interest and all you need for your stay. The peninsular is largely covered with trees including olive groves; lemons; limes; pomegranates etc. By using the cheap minibuses (Dolmus) which run from the village centre you can travel anywhere in Turkey, including to the stylish resort of Bodrum (exclusive marina and designer shops etc as well as St Peters castle and other historical attractions) & nearby coastal resorts. 10 min from Bodrum airport. There are many small secluded beaches and ancient ruins dotted around the beautiful Bodrum peninsular. Within easy reach is Ephesus and many other ancient Greek remains.

The master bedroom has superb en-suite facilities and plenty of wardrobe space, as well as bedside cabinets and personal wall lights. The other two bedrooms are equally well appointed and furnished. A cot and high chair can be made available on request at an additional cost of £10 per week. 7th and 8th guests can be accommodated through the use of 2 double sofa beds in the lounge.

There are 5 steps up to the front door but is otherwise all on one level incl the car park. Situated on the sea facing side of a gentle slope (250metres from sea), but with easy car access. Many facilities are available within 2-3 mins walk. Mavi Resort club is 3 mins walk to the sea and offers use of many recreational activities.

Apartment was completed late 2006, and so apart from ourselves, we just had one family who rented in 2006. But they agree with us that the quality is 'top class'.

Airport transfer or car hire can be arranged at additional cost as can a welcome pack if required. Our English speaking Agents have an office lust 100 meters from the complex, which is open 6 days a week.
