This beautiful duplex is about 1/2 block to the beach with a fenced back yard . It is close to shopping , dining, and the entertainment district. Each side is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and will sleep 6 people. For large groups, rent both sides . NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO SPRING BREAKERS !
