The Hacienda is a two-level superb vacation house ideally located mid island, 1/4 block from the beach & walking distance to popular restaurants. With 7 Bedrooms, 6.5 baths, sun room w/view of the Gulf, enclosed play area for children, pool w/deck for sun bathing and large patio for grilling/entertaining, the Hacienda is one of the largest houses in SPI. Both levels have spacious Bedrooms (5 pvt baths for privacy) w/ample bedding for 27 guests, large well-equipped LR, DR and Kitchen areas for entertaining. Both levels have wide-screen HDTV, WiFi and Stereo, CD/DVD systems. An enclosed garage serves as large play area for small children. Beach gear available. No Smoking. Small Pets, Winter Texans & Sp. Breakers Welcomed.
