The other half of this duplex is now available to rent. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that will sleep six people. The property has a private boat dock and fishing pier. The boat lift is not available. The fenced yard is very large. For large groups , rent both sides.NO SMOKING ! Pets Welcome !NO SPRING BREAKERS !
