The Mediterranean Duplex is a superb vacation home nestled in the center of SPI's many great attractions. It is a custom built ICF home, recently completed in December 2004. Every bedroom has a color tv with cable and ceiling fan. The beautiful gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters with a raised breakfast bar. The entire house has 9-11 foot vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile floors and round cornered walls. The backyard is fenced with outside shower and grill. The summer fireworks can be viewed from the back balcony and the beach is 2/3 of a block walk. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO SPRING BREAKERS !
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
