The Mediterranean Duplex is a suberb vacation home nestled in the center of SPI's many great attractions It is a custom built ICF home, recently completed in December 2004. Every bedroom has a color tv with cable and a ceiling fan. The beautiful gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters with a raised breakfast bar. The entire house has 9-11 foot vauled ceilings, ceramic tile floors, and round cornered walls. The backyard is fenced with an outdoor shoer and grill. The summer fireworks can be viewed from the back balcony and the beach is 2/3 of a block walk.NO SMOKING, NO PETS , NO SPRING BREAKERS !
