This tastefully furnished home, located near shopping plaza at the Lotus Canal, features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the Master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The living room is equipped with a big screen TV and home entertainment center with surround system. There is also a TV in the guest bedroom. It has a wonderful pool area with a flat panel TV, electric heated pool and BBQ. For all our boaters we have a boat directly at the home, available optional. The home is equipped with high speed internet and Wi-Fi and has everything you need and more to enjoy your vacation or have a pleasant business trip.

On board: depth finder, radio/CD, bimini top, fish seat, telescoping ladder in the front and back, Cooler Box , changing "room"
All safety equipment as required by the local authorities is included with the boat, as are life jackets for adults and for 2 children. (Regulations require that lifejackets must be worn by children under 12 at all times when on the water) The Captain will advise you of all regulations / speed limits etc, during your orientation. The orientation, which is required by insurers regardless of previous experience, is a very worthwhile exercise in terms of familiar riding yourself with the boat and all the local regulations. The Captain will also be able to provide you with invaluable information on some of the best local places to visit by boat.
