FOREST FOUNTAIN HOME: This recently remodeled home sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Master bedroom is on the ground floor with a private bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two baths. WI-FI access in the home. The downstairs bedroom has the Queen bed and 1-Double size Aero-bed also. The 1st upstairs bedroom has 1-Double bed and a Queen Aero-bed. The 3rd bedroom has the King bed. The Living Room has a multi-sectional sofa that can be used as twin beds also. The 2 Aero-beds can be moved around to suit the needs of the guests. This is a Front & Back duplex with the other home having their entrance on the opposite street, so it looks just like a large home from the Forest Ave parking area. Enjoy access across the street to a semi-private swimming pool & hot tub. Easy walk 1/2 block stroll to the Arroyo Grande Open Space which has a gentle path down to the Upper Harbor area with all the boats.Enjoy (on the weekends only) a FREE water taxi boat ride. The water taxi will let you off near the bridge to walk 2 blocks to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, or further down the Lower Harbor & let you off 1/4 block to the large sandy Harbor beach or the fun Crows Nest Restaurant. This fun restaurant has live entertainment & a great view of the boats going in and out of the harbor, while you are dining either inside or on the heated patio.
