Enjoy the privacy and views of a ground floor ocean front condo, just small steps to the white sand beach and crystal blue sea.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is complete with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a screened patio.

Elegant bathrooms designed by the owner. Master bath has a walk-in shower and guest bathroom has a tub w/shower.

Large flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has a twin bed set.

The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, cable TV, DVD & CD player, safe, ceiling fans, wireless internet connection and phone.

Beach facilities: Cabanas, freshwater pool, hammocks, beach furniture, outdoor shower and barbecues
