Beautiful Newly Built Fort Myers Pool Home
Great lakefront pool home located in Fort Myers upscale neighborhood. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is situated close to everything. Major shopping, Southwest Florida International Airport, restaurants, grocery stores are all just a short drive away.

The home offers 4 bedrooms (please note: maximum number of guests allowed is 6!), 3 bath, 3 car garage, dining room, formal living room, large kitchen with breakfast bar, breakfast nook, and large family room including big screen tv.

The pool deck is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and overlooks a freshwater lake. Pool area amenities include: Saltwater pool, electric pool heater, southern rear exposure, screened-in pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The home amenities include high speed internet, as well as cable tv.

Southwest Florida`s beautiful area beaches are a short drive by car (i.e. Fort Myers Beach - 19 miles)

Very Close To Major Shopping!!! Miromar Outlets, Gulf Coast Town Center, and Coconut Point are only a short drive by car.
