The house is close to all of the best shopping and dining in Cape Coral such as Kohls, Publix, Target, Unos, Carrabbas, Outback and much more. 15 minute drive to Fort Myers via Veterans Memorial Pkwy.
Experience the "model home" feeling in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and LCD TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, roman walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, with all the comfort you will need.
The two guest rooms ("The Seaside & The Safari") share the second bathroom. The Safari Room offers two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The Seaside Room offers a queen size bed. Both rooms have ample storage space and are nicely decorated.
