The house is located close to everything Fort Myers has to offer, including Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel and Captiva Island with their world famous beaches.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, fire place, big screen tv in the living room, an additional tv in the master bedroom. Other amenities include a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, a hot tub outside in the tropical garden as well as a pool surrounded by lush tropical plants. The back yard and pool area are fenced in. What a great house, one of a kind!!!
