Plenty of privacy on the pool deck, southern rear exposure, electric heated pool, and a separate above ground spa give this home all the great amenities to enjoy Florida`s beautiful weather.

Boaters will love the location on a sailboat access canal, including boat dock and lift which can be used by guests with prior notice. Wireless High Speed internet is included as well.
