Oceanside Vacation Rental condo

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a vacation home instead? This beach rental is outfitted by the owner for a comfortable stay for all guests. There are TVs with cable in the family room and guest bedroom. Free Wireless internet is supplied for those who want to use it to stay in touch with work or others. There is a gas fireplace for cool winter evenings (our HOA shuts off the pilot light in summer). We can't wait until this vacation rental re-opens for guests in October 2009: new windows & doors, new flat screen HDTV, new owners continue to invest in your comfort!The sleeping is flexible as we keep the bed set up as a king (an no one has ever noticed that it can be split into two twins upon prior request), and the sleeper sofa is a queen. For those little ones there are chairs in the family room that can be spread out for nap time or fun sleeping and sitting, and a rocking chair for adults to lull them to sleep.Like all of vacation rentals provided by BETTER Vacation Rentals, there is dining seating for the number of people that can sleep in the condo, in this case 4. There are also two bar stools at the breakfast bar. Places abound to enjoy food and drink with seating on the private balcony as well, both high and low. There is an electric Weber style grill for your best BBQ.The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything the simple cook or gourmet chef could desire, so there is no roughing it like in a condotel, hotel suite, or timeshare - this is a vacation home after all.C202 at North Coast Village in Oceanside has more to offer than what's inside. In one word: location! Oceanside is the gateway to San Diego CA, just 35 miles north of the city itself, but a jewel of it's own for those who just want to stay closer to home. Oceanside offers a full service harbor and marina with boating, fishing, water sports, dining, and shopping for all. The Oceanside harbor is just north of North Coast Village and a very easy walk from the condo. To the south of North Coast Village is the Oceanside Pier and amphitheater. This too is an easy walk from the condo along the strand. In the pier area you'll find ample entertainment, food, and shopping opportunities. Inside the condo, you'll find tips and brochures for many of the local attractions. Our current favorite dining place is Harney Sushi near the transit center. If you venture out of Oceanside, you'll find that you can drive or take the train to San Diego and it's world famous attractions (you can buy tickets from us online as well and save money and time). To the north, many of our guests take a day trip to Disneyland, and even Los Angeles.
