Welcome to "Breakwater Bungalow," A18 at resort-like North Coast Village in Oceanside CA . This vacation rental is located on the upper level of a two story group of cottages on Breakwater Way and The Strand in the up and coming city of gateway to San Diego CA. The cottage imparts a happy feel upon its guests the moment the door is opened. A18 is large, and because it is a corner unit, the vacation rental is bathed in natural sunlight in each room. Our guests rave about the great floor plan that is open from one side to the other, but especially about the ocean view balcony and proximity to the beach.This vacation rental has been carefully maintained with fresh paint and new carpet (12/07) and provides flexible sleeping for up to six people. The master bedroom has two mirrored closets with plenty of storage for our military, corporate, and seasonal guests who stay a bit longer. The attached master bath has a separate vanity area from the shower and facilities. The bed is a comfortable queen bed; there is a reading chair and footstool, a ceiling fan, and a small TV with cable.In the guest bedroom of this beach cottage our vacationers will find a flexible sleeping set up with a twin “daybed" (can be used for seating) and a convertible Euro-style sofa (similar to a futon) that is an oversized twin. There is a ceiling fan, large closet, and another small television with cable in this second bedroom. The bath is in the hall and has a full tub and shower.The family room offers sleeping for two more in a queen sized sleeper sofa. The beach cottage is located in the stand alone "A" section of North Coast Village, which has it's own laundry, ping pong, ocean view gas grills, smaller heated pool, outdoor shower, and large Jacuzzi spa. The condo also has access to all of the larger amenities across the street at the larger B-G resort-like main complex of North Coast Village including exercise facilities, a putting green, and koi pond. Many prefer this pool, as its size makes it easier to heat! A18, is also one of the few beach vacation rentals at North Coast Village that offers TWO underground assigned parking spots for guests. Parking can be so hard to come by at the when you choose this beach condo, parking is easy.
