Enjoy all the luxuries of home while you are on vacation in Waikiki. Suite 2704 is an excellent place to stay in Waikiki for travelers on a Budget who want a view. You get everything that you need for an enjoyable stay in Waikiki. Also included with this condo is a kitchenette, with sink, fridge, microwave, and hot plate with two burners.
Sleeping arrangements include your choice of either a king bed or two twins. Please specify at booking your preference. The couch also makes into a queen sized bed. Folding portable cribs and additional high quality inflatable air beds are available for no charge upon request.
Koko Resorts at The Pacific Monarch
The Pacific Monarch is the perfect location for your honeymoon, anniversary, or to just relax and enjoy paradise! Located only a short distance from world famous Waikiki Beach, the Waikiki Banyan is conveniently located near a wide selection of restaurants, specialty shops, and other tourist attractions. The kids will love the Waikiki Zoo and Aquarium which are located only a few blocks away.
The roof top is equipped with a swimming pool and hot tub. A sauna, showers, laundry and lounge are in the building as well.
Parking is located onsite for $12 per day, or go without and enjoy all the attractions nearby! The main bus routes run in front of the building.

Koko Resorts provides a centrally located management in case of the unexpected. Our office is located two blocks over in the Waikiki Banyan on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501. In addition, Koko Resorts provides other convenient amenities, FREE of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, basket balls, portable (folding) cribs, and high quality inflatable mattresses. Amenities may be checked out from our office on a first come basis.
