The multi-use great room is a free-flowing space designed around the view of Coral Bay centered through the floor to ceiling native stonework archway inspired by Caneel Bay’s turtle bay resort. The great room contains a dining room, living room serviced by a large open modern kitchen constructed of beam, stone and mahogany.
Well supplied and tastefully appointed -cypress cabinetry, granite counters, mahogany crown molding and breakfast bar, this kitchen is ideal for feeding and entertaining 2 or 20.
The dining room seats 8 and is adjacent to the kitchen, living room and screen gallery. Furnished with articles from the owner’s 50th birthday trip to Africa, In The Stars offers multiple dining and entertainment options on the main and pool level.
The 25’ wide, multi-use screened dining gallery seats 12 and allows everyone an uncompromising view of Coral Bay. A perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail, or after dark, to enjoy the tropical breezes and sounds of the island, in a comfortable bug-free area.
Walk out onto private sundecks are on each side of the gallery overlooking the pool patio area and coral bay. Casual built in-seating and sun lounges are for enjoying the St. John weather with 6-8 people or morning coffee or a private spot to read and relax.
The comfortable living room has TV-cable with a 3-person sofa and 2 large chairs with ottoman. Easy access to the kitchen makes this a great spot for enjoying popcorn and TV or after-hours reading of the book you’ve started and can’t put down.
The big attraction, by far, is the 55-foot lap pool extension that is wrapped along the front of the great room! The large L-shaped pool is sure to be a gathering spot for all.

Bedroom / Bathroom Description
Each bedroom has individual safes, closets, air conditioning controls, ceiling fans and full baths en-suite for privacy. The first bedroom features a queen sized 4-poster bed. Bedrooms are arranged for privacy and very spacious with vaulted 2- story cypress ceilings, air conditioning and direct access to large sun –decks.
On the other end of the main level, the second bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds that can be easily converted into a king.
The open-air loft above the great room is a spot to read, relax or play a board game away from the crowd. The queen bed and futon increases sleeping arrangements and has its own ½ bath.
The 2 Pool Level bedroom suites are equally private, with separate A/C, safes and full-length closets for wedding/formal wear. Each has full baths w/ shower, painted by nationally know local artisans with tropical colors and faux designs.
