Casa Chaac is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that sits on 4 lots in Playacar Phase 1 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Few homes in this exclusive community can boast of having such a large lush garden. Casa Chaac is perfect for gatherings of family and friends.
The master bedroom has a king bed; there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 loft bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bath, air conditioner and ceiling fans. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including a full size washer and dryer. The study has a DSL line and a phone line (local calls only but great for credit card calls!).
The dining room table seats 8 adults, the living area is furnished with a Sunbrella covered sofa, loveseat and large chair. A full view of the ocean is seen from the kitchen, living and dining area through sliding doors.
The covered porch is furnished with a dining table that seats 6 and 4 quality lounge chairs. You can take the stairs to a second story terrace for a wonderful view of the ocean and Cozumel. The half moon shaped fresh water infinity pool is great for large groups. The expansive yard affords guest plenty of privacy. The soft sandy beach is only 50 feet from the backyard!
The home is located in a private development with a 24 hour security and bottled water is delivered directly to you!
As a guest of Casa Chaac, you will feel a world away from the hustle an bustle of town yet down town Playa Del Carmen with its fabulously chic Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue pedestrian walkway) and the ferry to Cozumel Island are only a 5 minute walk from the house!
Casa Chaac can also be rented as a three bedroom house. In this instance the loft bedroom will be locked but you will have full access to the rest of the house.
