This five-bedroom, 5½ bathroom luxurious villa is perfect for your family or couples vacation. Three floors of spacious living in this 5300-square-foot home filled with marble and quality, high-end finishes. This brilliant floorplan offers your party of 11 privacy and space, yet many reasons to gather together!

Be welcomed by a dramatic marble staircase and open two-story foyer that takes you up to the third floor. Each floor has wide terraces with long sliding glass doors. The third floor (top floor) has a modern kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counters, wine refrigerator, and a spacious dining and living room. If you would like a chef to prepare meals for you in the privacy of your villa, let us know and we can arrange that for you.

The main level has three bedrooms, two master bedroom suites, master bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, modern granite sinks, and long terraces.

The lower level of the villa has two more bedrooms and bathrooms, couches, living space, pool table and laundry facilities. Be wowed by a charming and unique indoor wet bar with swings surrounding it. This lower level has a walk-out terrace that takes you to your private pool with waterfall. Your private pool has three sections of water depth which includes a shallow section filled with 12 inches of water; perfect for toddlers.

For a priceless view, walk up to the roof-top from the kitchen and living room terrace. Prepare to be delighted by the stunning view of the Caribbean, beaches, and landscape. This floor has a very spacious infinity edge plunge pool that has a shallow section which allows you to lay in ten inches of water. It also is equipped with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and gas barbecue grill.

Enjoy coffee in the morning, margaritas all day, sunbathing, dinner by sunset, and stargazing in this pristine location. Located two blocks from the beach. For week rentals, 3 housekeeping days are included, more are available upon request.
