Second floor has a king bedroom with private tub/shower bath, queen bedroom with adjacent tub/shower bath, bunk bedroom with two bunks (3 twins, 1 double), laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer, full kitchen, living area with sleeper sofa, dining table that can seat up to 10 guests and balcony loaded up with teak Adirondacks and chairs. The third level has a king master bedroom with private tub/shower bath, queen bedroom with adjacent tub/shower bath, main living area, main kitchen, dining area and bar seating for up to 20, and balcony with teak table and chairs and Adirondacks. The fourth level has a private loft with double bed, separate dressing room and a tower balcony with teak seating and panoramic views.
