This 1,380 square foot condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 people. Large porch overlooks the town center of WaterColor. Exquisite décor accents every room of this flat including hardwood floors and fine kitchen amenities. This unit comes with the use of 2 free adult beach coaster bikes. The WaterColor community has 5 pools, a beach club, a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, and access to the tennis facilities (fees apply).

Ample seating includes queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), love seat, and wicker side chair with ottoman surrounding a coffee table plus side tables and lamps. Work desk with wireless high speed internet connectivity. Large armoire is stocked with games for the kids. Large dining table seats six. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel GE Monogram appliances: frig, 4-burner electric flat top range, dishwasher and microwave. Exquisite granite countertops, pass thru bar to the dining area and breakfast seating area with a table and four chairs round out the kitchen.
