Ground Floor: You will find river-recovered heart-pine hardwoods floors throughout the first and second floors. The oversized gourmet kitchen and bar area is a great place for a large group to gather. There are beautiful granite countertops, long bar with six barstools, separate icemaker, farm-style sink, frig with door ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and huge 6-burner gas range with built-in griddle and grill plus 2 ovens. Dining table seats 8. A screened porch off the dining area has a table, 4 chairs, loveseat and a TV for further enjoyment. The large living room and adjacent sun room offer ample seating for your entire group. Living room has leather sofa, 2 plush side chairs, ottoman, coffee table, side table with lamp, LCD TV, whole house stereo and a gas fireplace. The sun room offers an L-shaped sofa, love seat, coffee table, ottomans and lamps. There is a large screened-in porch off the living area that has 2 chairs with ottoman and table. From here you can go out to the private hot tub which is surrounded by the state forest. Powder room, walk-in pantry and laundry room complete this floor.
Second Floor: The huge master bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser with lamp, built-in shelving surrounding the LCD TV, DVD/VCR and gas fireplace. French doors lead to a private screened porch with comfortable lounging chairs which overlooks the state forest. The master bath has his/hers sinks, a large walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet which could fit a baby crib if necessary. Queen bedroom #1 has 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser, LCD TV, and a private bath with walk-in shower. Queen bedroom #2 offers 2 bedside tables with lamps, 27" TV, armoire, and French door to a screened porch shared with the bunk room. This porch has a hammock for relaxation in the shade. Bunk room has trundle for a total of 3 twin beds, dresser, lamp, armoire, TV, VCR/DVD and French door leading to the screened porch. These two bedrooms also share a bathroom with double vanity sink and tub/shower.
Third Floor: This huge carpeted kid’s game room offers two built-in twin beds each with trundles, TV, sofa, several side chairs and a bathroom with tub/shower. Kids can get away from it all up in this private space – stocked with loads of children’s books.
