Once you stay at the beautiful Kokomo beach house, you will never leave! This home features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and sleeps up to 12 people. This inviting gulf front beauty has the perfect floor plan for two families to share with two bedrooms on one side and two bedrooms on the other side. The large shared living and dining room spreads across the entire width of the house with a wall of windows facing the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated in 2005, this home has hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout.
First Floor: Broad welcoming porch complete with Adirondacks invites you into the huge common room. Living area features three seating arrangements. The sofa and two side chairs surround a coffee table. An armoire houses the 25" TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, and wireless internet. The second seating area has a love seat, side chair, lamp and coffee table. The final area has a love seat, lamp and coffee table. A wall of sliding glass doors overlooks the gulf front deck. Deck is outfitted with a teak dining table and chairs, several teak loungers and side tables. Enjoy a meal or a sunset while relaxing to the sound of the gulf. Dining area has three table choices – main table has 6 chairs, second table has 4 chairs and can also be used for puzzles or games, and third child’s table has 2 chairs. Two additional chairs can be brought to the main or game tables for adult dining. Completely new kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel GE monogram frig, range, and microwave, Bosch dishwasher, farm style sink and a work desk. Side entrance from kitchen conveniently leads to grilling area. There is a full bath on this floor with claw foot tub and pedestal sink. Laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The second floor is divided and each has its own stairwell – two bedrooms two baths on one side, two bedrooms one bath on the other. The West side contains a master king bedroom facing the gulf. Slider opens onto parade balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. Bedroom features comfortable king bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, armoire, 2 side chairs and 19" TV/DVD/VCR combo. Private master bath has luxury towels, huge walk-in shower, vanity sink and chest of drawers. Queen bedroom on this side has 2 bedside lamps, sconce bedside tables, chest of drawers, closet and 19" TV/DVD/VCR combo. Private bath features vanity sink and walk-in shower. On the east side you will find a second king bedroom facing the gulf with slider opening onto parade balcony. This bedroom features comfortable king bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, dresser, 2 side chairs, side table, closet and 19" TV/DVD/VCR combo. Door from master leads to the hall bath which has a large walk-in shower and pedestal sink. The bunk room has 3 sets of bunk beds (6 twins), clip lights for each bed, chest of drawers, 19" TV and 2 bean bag chairs.
