Soak up the sun in this perfect rental market home with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool. Totally renovated and professionally decorated in 2005. It is situated high on a ridge overlooking the large community pool just next door and offers sweeping views of the gulf. Convenient private community beach walkover just 200 walking steps away. The ground floor is tiled, bedrooms carpeted and the living area has new hardwood floors. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Ground Floor: Entry hall features a large bench to conveniently hold your “go to the beach" stuff. The King bedroom has a side chair, 2 bedside tables with lamps, TV in an armoire, fine furnishings, beautiful bed linens, ceiling fan and private bath with vanity sink top, large Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The Queen bedroom is furnished with two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan and fine bed linens. The bunk bedroom is outfitted with two bunk beds (4 twin beds),TV, VCR, DVD, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and festive Ralph Lauren bed linens. The tiled hall bath with vanity sink top and tub / shower serves the queen and bunk bedrooms. Unique large laundry room features a outside entry into a tiled walk-in shower that allows everyone to rinse the sand off before entering the house. Bosch full sized front loading washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The large living room features hard wood floors, a large sectional sofa with lounging section, 4 side chairs, 3 side tables with lamps, a work desk with lamp, stereo with CD player, 27" TV, DVD, VCR, high speed internet connectivity, ceiling fan and gas log fireplace. French doors off living area open to 2nd story deck complete with attractive teak outdoor furniture overlooking pool and offering gulf views. Brand new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances opens out to the dining area with its large antique pine dining table seating up to 8 people. Kitchen is completely outfitted with dishware, silverware, glassware, utensils and cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and other convenient small appliances. Spiral staircase leads to third story unique crow’s nest.
Third Floor: Crow’s Nest consists of a built-in wet bar, mini frig, game table with 4 chairs, bean bag chairs and balcony overlooking pool and offering spectacular gulf and sunset views.
Outside: Charcoal grill. Beach chairs, beach toys and pool floats are available for use by guests–stock and condition of these items varies throughout the season. Parking for 2 cars in driveway.
