Brand new three story home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two kitchens and two living rooms graciously spread over three stories. Across the street from Rosemary’s Barbados pool, this home features 10 and 12 foot ceilings, oak flooring, and travertine tile. You will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.
Ground Floor: Entry foyer has a desk with chair for those who need to work. King Master bedroom features an elegant king bed, bedside table with lamp, LCD TV and a private bath with a tub/shower and vanity sink. Queen guest bedroom has a bedside table with lamp, LCD TV and a private bath with walk-in shower and vanity sink. Elegant stairwell leads to main living area.
Second Floor: Large open kitchen/dining/living area features surrounding windows and doors that lead out to a porch overlooking the Barbados pool and looking out to the beach and Gulf. Main living area is decorated with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, LCD TV and 2 lamps. Adjacent kitchen has island with plenty of workspace plus 3 barstools, lots of cabinets and commercial grade Viking 6-burner stove. Fully stocked, the kitchen has granite countertops, a deep sink, Subzero frig, Bosch dishwasher and a microwave. Dining table has 5 chairs and a long bench and can seat up to 8. Laundry room with sink and super capacity washer/dryer. Powder room. Second Master bedroom has king bed, dresser, LCD TV, DVD, bedside table with lamp and a private bath with long vanity sink and walk-in shower.
Third Floor: Walking up to the third floor, you find a large great room, perfect for the kids. This room features a large kitchenette with microwave, mini frig, sink, dishwasher and granite countertops. Entertainment area has sofa bed, 2 side chairs, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, huge LCD TV, and a twin sleeper chair. Game table with six chairs allows for flexible dining options or maybe a puzzle. Balcony offers fabulous sunset views over the Gulf.
