This spacious tri-level town-home is the perfect rental for your vacation in the mountains. Only two years old, it provides approximately 1633 sq. ft. of living space, plus three decks offering great mountain and forest views. Watch the stars come out from the sparkling hot tub. Relax before the fireplace in the living room, furnished with overstuffed leather sofa, loveseat and chair and accented with stone and glass tables. There is a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD/VCR player. Master Bedroom, located on the third floor, features a full bath, private deck and large walk-in closet. It is elegantly furnished with a king mahogany bed, triple dresser, and TV. Just down the hall, the second bedroom has a queen bed, twin futon chair, full bath and lots of windows to enjoy the views. Located on the lower level, the third bedroom features a queen bed, TV, 3/4 bath and lots of natural light. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ceramic floor tile, maple cabinetry, and service for 12. Just off the kitchen is a large deck with private hot tub and gas grill. FREE high speed internet access!! Leave your car in the garage and walk just around the corner to the Summit Stage stop or hike the nearby National Forest trails. Unit has a washer and dryer, and 1/2 bath on the main floor. Fresh linens and towels are provided
The condo is on the Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. Lake Dillon and the ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range. There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit County.
We are a short drive to an outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants. No smoking No pets.
