This unit is approximately 1023 sq. ft., is located on the 1st floor above the covered parking for 2 cars, and is within walking distance to numerous dining establishments. There is a great view of Lake Dillon from the large Deck. The master bedroom has a TV King bed and full bath. 2nd Bedroom has one Queen with a twin bed, TV and full bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, flat screen television, DVD &VCR, and Stereo. Kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size stove, and refrigerator. FREE high speed wired internet access. Clubhouse with hot tub and pool. Laundry on site.
The condo is on the Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. Ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit County.
We are a short drive to an outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants. No smoking No pets. Turnday: Any.
