A fully stocked house with lots of toys for both adults and kids, this is a perfect property for a big family that’s just as big on privacy and together-time. This amazing Venice Beach house has a large driveway to easily accommodate all 14 guests - however you might arrive. Painted in white and blue, it reflects the clear sky and lovely wisps of cloud above. Palm trees flank the front path, suggesting you might head this way to discover your perfect vacation waiting within.
A more sedate living room is ideal for reading or taking a vacation nap. Two roomy cushioned sofas and a corner arm chair sit under a plantation-style ceiling fan. There is even a queen sleeper sofa located here.
Movie buffs will love the rich family room with its new LCD TV and DVD player. Hardwood flooring complements the leather section sofa and over-sized circular arm chair.
In yet another entertainment space, a downstairs bar area means playtime for the big kids and a video game system is available and yet another queen sleeper sofa.
The dining area has a modern rectangular table and sleek seating. Nearby, the kitchen has a modern vibe, tying bamboo and lime influences neatly together. The large counter space is cleverly split to make meal preparation for a large group that much easier. There’s a bar-height breakfast nook as well.
The backyard is completely fenced in and perfect for your pet. Best of all, the house is only a few blocks to the South Venice private beach access and boat ramp and fishing. And, it is only a 10 minute drive to the white sand Manasota Beach.
Connected to the house by a breezway and the pool cage, an additional pool house improves time spent outside. Two lucky guests can stay here on the futon while, during the day, the space is ready to meet your entertainment needs with a tiki bar, large fridge, cable LCD TV and game cube.
Once inside, kids will quickly decide where first to bolt. The pool or the upstair games room? An upstairs game room will keep guests of all ages happy, it’s that well-stocked. Shelves of board games provide hours of fun. A pool table, ping pong table, 2 swinging hammocks, papasan chair and card table widen the possibilities. There’s ample floor space, too, for any further games your young guests can invent.
Outside, a screened in and heated pool is the ideal shade of turquoise blue and the adjacent lanai gives grown-ups a fantastic space in which to relax. Ample comfy seating includes wicker sun loungers and big arm chairs. The backyard’s hammock is a real treat. Best of all, the pool is heated by electric, so it stays warm every day.
For a group this size, you’ll love the provision of 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. As for the sleeping arrangements, 3 bedrooms mean great flexibility. Your master suite has a king bed and walk-in closet, a micro-fiber chaise lounge, wicker chest of drawers and an LCD TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed with lovely striped linens and two large windows. Accommodating a family or lots of younger guests, bedroom three sleeps 6 people in two double beds and one futon.
Guests share a spacious bathroom with a full bath tub/shower combination. Once time for the beach, head first to the garage to choose your toys. 2 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes get your babes there in style, while 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and a skim board will improve any day in the waves. Beach towels and a wheelie beach cooler are provided as well.
