Sleeping six guests in 2 bedrooms, you’ll enjoy total peace of mind in this gated, Mediterranean-style community. Just minutes from Venice Beach and its surrounding charms, you need only summon the energy to leave your private paradise. Good luck with that. A very bright home with large windows and high ceilings, it has fantastic tiled floors throughout.
Guests will sleep comfortably in two bedrooms, which both have queen beds, TVs and walk-in closets. Your master bedroom boasts en suite access with the choice of large corner bath and walk-in shower. Slatted wooden blinds leave room above for the palm tree tops to peek through. The guest bathroom has a Roman shower stall and lovely white cabinetry.
A study with a sofa bed functions as either a third bedroom and a quiet office, depending on your needs. Wired internet access is available in this room if you prefer, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Should your group need to accommodate up to 8 guests in a pinch, a queen-sized air mattress is provided.
A large family room is fully stocked with all necessary entertainment gadgetry: a TV and DVD player, as well as stereo system. Two large couches face each other, one with a particularly tempting chaise extension. All told, it’s a heady combination.
Your spacious kitchen suits the needs of any gourmet, particularly with its separate pantry. Gleaming white cabinets and a big breakfast bar with wicker seating open invitingly to the living room. Ideal for a large group, a second fridge/freezer in the garage means you’ll rarely need to visit the supermarket.
Guests can enjoy memorable meals together around the formal dining table, overlooking the pool, or dine al fresco in the poolside lanai.
The patio area is screened and has dining table for six, sun beds and barbeque. The pool is heated and there is a spa unit as well. There is also a TV on the patio. There is garage parking for one car, with the availability for another two cars on the driveway.
The Bellagio community, where your home is situated, also has a clubhouse just walking distance to the house. Boating enthusiasts will love the home’s proximity to the inter-coastal and its marina access. The home’s community also has a clubhouse with tennis, a fitness center and a larger pool for laps.
