There are two balconies to enjoy the view and tropical landscaping. The inviting pool area is large and private, perfect for catching some sun and relaxing.Upon entering this two level home you'll find a large living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a lovely patio. You'll also find the master bedroom and a bath. Upstairs is a large living/entertainment room with TV, DVD, and stereo. The area opens to a large balcony. The entertainment area has two convertible sofas that will sleep up to 4 people.Casa Coogan is a comfortable and affordable vacation choice. Conveniently located close to the beach and town, t's perfect for a large group or family.
