Charming, luxury Victorian house in historic downtown Breckenridge.
Offering peace and tranquility just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Breckenridge; you’ll feel right at home here at the High Mountain House. House is very charming and cozy with a touch of Victorian decor. Beautiful centralized floral garden in back and front yards complete with a front porch for relaxing and reading and a back deck for BBQ and hot tubing. Perfect family home possessing classic styling’s with a modern twist.
Spectacular views of Breckenridge Ski slopes and Ten Mile Range from living room, master bedroom and the hot tub
Three bedrooms are upstairs and the fourth bedroom (bunk room) is located downstairs in the garden level. Master bedroom is very large with a king sized bed, separate vanity and sitting area with TV. Master bathroom is also very spacious with his and her double sinks and separate tub and shower. Second and third guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and shares a hallway bath between the two bedrooms. Fourth bedroom is located downstairs past the family rec room and has two built in bunk beds (four twin beds), ideal for kids. There is a full shower bathroom off the family room. House sleeps total of 10 people maximum.
Private hot tub on deck with a gas grill and patio furniture, complimentary WIFI, 1 garage and additional driveway parking. Walk to downtown, shuttle to slopes.
