3 bed/3 bath luxury private home with incredible panoramic views of Breckenridge ski slopes and Ten Mile Range in Huron Heights. Open floor plan in the main living room offers combined living room, dining and kitchen for entertainment. Granite countertops, custom cabinets in this modern kitchen. Dining room with table seats eight people.
Enter the house through garage entrance and walk up a flight of stairs to the main living room. Two bedrooms and an office/den are located on the same floor. The master bedroom is located on the top floor to take advantage of complete privacy and views.
Very large master bedroom suite located upstairs with a king bed, balcony with sitting chairs, TV, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower and heated floors. Two bedrooms are located on main level. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Third bedroom has a Captain's bunk (twin on top, full on bottom). They share a bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a small office with built in furniture that has a twin sofa sleeper. House sleeps 8 maximum people.
Gas fireplace, private hot tub, WIFI, 2 car garage. Drive to slopes and downtown Breckenridge.
