The living room is on the main level with TV/VCR/DVD player and is surrounded by windows with the view of Baldy Mountain and the Blue River. The kitchen has all new appliances and offers all the cooking utensils you'll need for your stay. Just around the corner is the dining room and can seat up to 12 people. Located on the lowest level you will find a TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo in the family room as well as a kitchenette/mini bar.
The master bedroom is on the upper level (loft) with a king bed and a trundle bed tucked around the corner with a private full bath. Main level has bunkroom with full bath, perfect for the kids. On the lower level bedroom 3 has a queen bed that shares a full bath with bedroom 4 with a queen bed that has it's own private sink and patio doors to the lower deck. A new leather sofa sleeper is in the family room.
Enjoy hearing the soothing sounds of the river and watching the rapids from this house while still having the comfort of your own private home with a washer/dryer, 1-car garage, with a parking pad (able to park 5 cars), 6-8 person outdoor hot tub, gas BBQ grill and access to the Blue River.
