The living room features soft brown leather sectional sofa facing a recessed 45 inch, big screen TV/DVD and stereo system. Sliding patio doors give access to private deck with hot tub and views of the Peak 10 ski area.
Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining room with table that seats 12. Two bar stools at kitchen bar next to dining room. The large rec room has bar-sized pool table, two bar tables with bar stools and a TV/DVD.
Master bedroom has a king bed and trundle (two twins) with a private bath, located upstairs. In the loft is a queen sleeper sofa. On the main level, there is a second bedroom with a king bed and trundle (two twins) and private full bath. Third bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Fourth bedroom has a king bed and private bath on the lower level with fifth bedroom that has two sets of bunks and full bed with a private bath.
You will enjoy the oversized two-car garage, laundry facilities, spacious decks with gas BBQ grill, beautiful view and only a six minute drive to town.
Expert skiers can access Peak 10 Falcon Chair slopes via short walk from house.
