Located just minutes to the base of Peak 8, this 3 bedroom and 2.75 bath home is in a great location for all your Summit County activities. You'll find all the comforts and convenience of home at Park Forest.
The living room is comfortable with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a soft leather couch. The kitchen with granite countertop is fully equipped with modern appliances that make it easy to stay in and cook. With the dining table that seats 6 and the breakfast bar that seats 3 this is a great place to gather for a meal. Just off the kitchen is the family room with 42" Philips LCD TV/DVD.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps 2), TV and large master bath. Second bedroom has another king bed (sleeps 2) and shares a full bathroom with third bedroom that has two twin bunk beds (4 twins, sleeps 4). There is a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the family room that has a 3/4 bath. Total sleeps 10.
Just off the living room is a deck with a gas grill, patio furniture and a private hot tub.
With a one-car garage, private outdoor hot tub, washer/dryer, near shuttle stop, Park Forest is the ultimate spot for comfort and convenience.
