The Der Steiermark building has been popular with our guests for its combination of unbeatable value and a terrific location. The Quicksilver chairlift and the base of Peak 9 are right across the street and historic Main Street is just a 1/2 block walk away. This 2 bedroom plus loft and 2 bath condo features a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and quaint balcony overlooking the dredge boat, the Blue River and the rest of town.
Queen master bedroom and a queen and two twins in loft with a queen sofa sleeper in living room, sleeps maximum 7.
Complimentary WIFI in unit.
The property offers elevator service to all floors, parking for 1 car in the heated underground garage, on-site outdoor hot tub and central laundry facilities. Great location for those traveling without a car. Approximately 875 sq. ft.
