Base Nine is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located within walking distance to the lift on Peak 9 and Main Street shops and restaurants. Or, guests may ride the free shuttle which stops at the entrance to the complex about every 20 minutes.
The unit offers a full kitchen with in-unit washer/dryer. There is a generous living room with gas fireplace, TV/VCR and sleeper sofa. The separate dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating at the adjacent breakfast bar.
The layout provides privacy as each bedroom with bath is at opposite sides of the unit. Very large queen master bedroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins). Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
Guests have access to indoor hot tub and sauna on premises. Non-smoking. Approximately 900 sq. ft.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
