A great location just 5 minutes walk to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9. Main street shops and restaurants are less than 2 blocks away. The unique layout of these units provides exceptional privacy which appeals to families and groups. Each bedroom with private bath is located on one side of a large foyer. The combination living room, dining area and third bath are on the other side of the foyer.
Bedroom one - two queens, Bedroom two - two doubles and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps a maximum of 10.
Unit has full kitchen, TV/VCR, balcony, gas fireplace and mountain views. Washer/dryer in unit in hallway closet off bathroom. Guests have access to outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. There is an assigned parking space for unit, but this is a great location for those traveling without a car. Non-smoking. Approximately 1250 Sq. Ft.
