Residents of The Preserve have access to the community boathouse and crabbing pier. The marsh view is the focal point of the living room where windows stretch toward the soaring ceiling showcasing marsh views, three sets of sliding glass doors open to the veranda, and French doors lead to the screened porch. Columns, a fireplace, built-ins, and a wet bar also highlight the living room. Featuring granite countertops, a long center island with vegetable sink, wine cooler, and storage, as well as a six-burner Wolf range, a Bosch dishwasher, and a stainless steel Maytag refrigerator, the kitchen is both stylish and functional. A breakfast room offers dining with a view, and a formal dining room is perfect for entertaining. The master suite opens to the pool deck and the screened porch, while showcasing beautiful views. It also features a walk-in closet, large dressing area, and a bath with stone flooring and dual granite vanities.
