NEW LISTING - MAY 2009This lovely 3+ bedroom / 2.5 bath ocean view home is great for family gatherings and will accommodate 8 comfortably.A hillside trail to the beach is just a block away, and although this beach is rather rocky, there is plenty of sand at low tide and great tide pools to explore the sea life and nice stetch of beach tucked between the shore cliffs. Word has it that this beach is a great for surf fishing too.The lower level of this spacious and comfortably furnished home provides a large family room with a Full size sofa bed (and feather bed for extra comfort), 40" LCD TV on the wall for great viewing, DVD/VCR and multi game connection, so the kids and "kids at heart" can bring their video games and players. There's even an old piano in this multipurpose family room. Next to the family room is a very spacious bedroom w/ 1 full size bed and 1 single bed. There is also a bathroom w/shower on this lower level. Upstairs you'll enjoy the comfort of a brand new King bed in one bedroom and Queen bed in the other. The Master bedroom w/ King has a spacious jetted Jaccuzzi tub bathroom (w/shower) and just down the hallway is a 1/2 bath. You'll enjoy the oceanviews as you cook in the very well equipped and spacious kitchen complete w/dishwasher, JennAir range, etc. You'll love the panoramic ocean vistas that abound from the huge living & dining rooms as well as a full west deck through the sliding glass doors. Cozy woodstove, 40" LCD TV's in the living room, as well as downstairs family room, brand new sectional sofa as well as small sofa in front of woodstove provides ample seating for your group.Tucked into the quiet forrested neighborhood of Falcon Cove beach, hiking trails abound as well as a more secluded beach, yet you're only a 10 minute drive south to the quaint town of Manzanita or north to the shops and restaurants in the artistic village of Cannon Beach.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
