Casita Santa Rosa is an upscale second floor “View-Condominium" at Santa Rosa Plaza in the new “old town" section of La Quinta, located at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Why stay in a tiny hotel room? This luxurious super-clean “Casita" unit is larger than the typical hotel room, sleeps 2-4 people, and has a well-appointed living room with an auto ignite gas fireplace, TV/DVD, comfy sofa and chair, and a full-size pull out bed in the sofa.
The completely equipped kitchen has slab granite counter tops, full size cooktop and oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, etc. There is even 3 comfortable barstools at the granite counter.
The oversize bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combination, granite counters, drawer and cupboard space, and hair dryer.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, writing desk with free high-speed internet connection, armoire with TV/DVD & VHS, and a walk in closet that includes a Guest safe for storing valuable while away from your room.
This spacious unit is truly well-equipped with its’ own washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. There are phones in the living area and the bedroom, and you have free local and long-distance calling included at no extra charge.
There are a total of four pools and hot tubs available for your use…one of the pools is just a few steps away from your room! You have a perfect view of this pool from your balcony. There is also an upscale spa on-site, a nice restaurant and bar.
Old Town La Quinta is right across the street…just steps away. Take a relaxing walk through the fountains of Old Town during one of the many scheduled street fairs, outdoor concerts, and art exhibits. There are bookstores, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, clothing stores and restaurants. Be sure to try Clint Eastwood’s famous Hogsbreath Inn for dinner, Old Town Wine Cellar for the latest wine releases, and the local’s favorite for Happy Hour, Stuft Pizza.
The nearly identical lower unit condo is also available at the same rates. The lower unit is ground level and set up as a handicapped accessible unit. The bathroom has special handicap bars installed, and the washer and dryer are not stacked up and down, but set side-by-side for easier accessibility.
This property is NOT owned by the hotel, and has additional features and amenities not found in the standard and basic hotel rooms. Room and maid service is not included, but available for a slight additional charge. Use of the Hotels non public facilities is not included. But you will also save considerable money renting direct, and not going through the hotel, and end up with a nicer, larger unit. And you are located right in the heart of La Quinta…literally walking distance to just about everything.
Two large parks are across the street: La Quinta Community Park and La Quinta Civic Center Park.
